Inspired by the slow drying of a river, a series of three stools illustrates the story of a desiccated river.

The stool with the most softness represents the source of the river, where there is still plenty of water. The middle stool depicts a different landscape where water is increasingly scarce, and the riverbed becomes narrower. In the final stool, the river is nearly dried up, and there are few to no soft plants remaining.
